Bookings and collections
A booking is confirmed once payment authorisation succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. Collection slots are three-hour windows; we will notify you by SMS when the driver is on the way.
Pricing and minimum order
Prices are quoted per kilogram or per item. The minimum order value is £25. Final pricing is confirmed after weighing at our facility, and any difference is charged or refunded to your original payment method.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is 24 hours from collection for orders collected before 10am. Express and scheduled delivery options are available at checkout.
Care and liability
Every item is barcoded on arrival. Please declare delicate, non-washable or valuable items in advance. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to ten times the cleaning charge for the affected item unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to two hours before your collection window. Later cancellations may incur a £5 driver fee.
