What we collect
Your name, contact details, collection and delivery addresses, order history and payment confirmations. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
Why we use it
To operate collections and deliveries, take payment, send order updates by email and SMS, provide support and — where you have opted in — send occasional offers.
Retention
Order and invoice records are kept for seven years to meet accounting obligations. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Email support@doorstepwashandfold24.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
All traffic is encrypted over SSL. Access to customer data is role-based, audit-logged and backed up daily to encrypted cloud storage.
