How fast is the 24-hour turnaround?

Collections made before 10am are washed, dried, folded and delivered back within 24 hours. Later collections are returned the following evening.

What is the minimum order value?

Our minimum order is £25. If your basket is below this, the estimator will top it up automatically so there are no surprises at checkout. The difference will be credit to you for future bookings.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer at the end of the booking wizard — our account details and your unique payment reference are shown on screen and emailed to you. Receipts are sent automatically.

Yes. Every order has a live progress bar — collection scheduled, laundry received, out for delivery, delivered — plus email and SMS updates.
